Dr. Niki Popper, DPT
Niki is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with over 15 years experience working in the area of pelvic health. After receiving her BA in psychology from Denver University in 2004, Niki became a certified Pilates instructor for a local PT clinic where she was exposed to the specialty of pelvic health and collaborated with pelvic health PTs to establish safe exercise programs for people experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, surgical recovery and pregnancy. She received her DPT from the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus in 2013. Upon graduation, Niki was the recipient of the Mary Gosnell Award for Clinical Excellence.
Niki’s post-doctoral continuing education has focused primarily on prenatal/ postpartum care, pelvic health and treatment of the jaw. She holds a Level 2 certification from Kinetacore to perform Functional Trigger Point Dry Needling. She was mentored in pelvic health, TMJ and treatment of the cervical spine by Dr. Lori Buxton, PT, DPT, WCS and Dawn Sandalcidi, PT, RCMT, BCB-PMD.
Dr. Niki opened Popper PT in August 2020 after being invited to join the multidisciplinary team of Fertile Ground Wellness Center. She is a mother 3, including twin girls and a son. When she isn’t working, you can find her playing with her kids, snowboarding, hiking, canoeing, concert going, visiting family from St. Louis and Bethesda and cooking with her partner of nearly 20 years, Brian.
Dr. Becca Campbell, DPT
Rebecca “Becca” Campbell graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus and with her B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to medical school she worked with children with developmental differences which inspired her holistic yet evidence-based approach to patient care.
Becca has advanced training in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction, but enjoys treating a variety of diagnoses– her specialties and personal favorites include full spectrum care for the pregnant and postpartum period as well as Temporomandibular joint dysfunction. No matter what she’s treating, she’s passionate about integrating the mind-body connection into patient care for long-lasting results. Currently she is working on a dual-certification for sexuality counseling and education to better address the often overlooked component of sexual medicine within pelvic health.
While she could not be happier to have put down roots in Colorado, she is originally from Texas and loves to use a little southern hospitality to help her patients feel at home during their therapeutic journey. When Becca’s not in clinic you may find her trying out new recipes or hiking trails, bird-watching, or traveling anywhere rich in culture and good food.
